San Marcos is a growing city in Hays County, situated on I-35 approximately fifty miles south of downtown San Antonio. The city is anchored by Texas State University — a major employer and event driver — and the San Marcos outlet mall corridor, which hosts retail events and customer appreciation functions. The nearby Wimberley area brings Hill Country tourism and private-event traffic. The San Marcos River and downtown riverfront add outdoor event and wedding-venue territory.

Our San Marcos work is event-heavy and seasonal. The university calendar drives the majority: graduation balls, Greek-life events, alumni dinners, and commencement ceremonies often pull 80-plus cars. The outlet mall corridor generates retail events and occasional corporate functions. Private events and weddings tend to cluster around the riverfront and Hill Country venues in the Wimberley corridor — about 30 minutes from San Marcos proper. We've managed this mix since 2018.
