San Antonio Valet

A calm arrival for a not-calm day.

Tuxedo-or-suited attendants, send-off coordination, and a dedicated lead who syncs with your coordinator from load-in to last sparkler. Built for the pace of a real wedding day — not a corporate playbook with a floral arch.

◆ WHY IT MATTERS

Ninety seconds between the car and the aisle.

A wedding guest's first impression isn't the flowers or the table setting — it's the 90 seconds between pulling up and walking in. Are they circling a gravel lot looking for a spot? Standing in the sun wondering where to go? Or are they greeted by name, handed a cold water, and pointed toward the ceremony before they've finished buttoning their jacket?

We built this service for the coordinator who doesn't have bandwidth to also manage parking. Our lead syncs directly with your planner, handles shuttle timing, stages the getaway car, and manages the departure wave so the sparkler send-off doesn't end with 200 people standing in a parking lot waiting for their keys.

Hill Country ranches, downtown venues, estate properties — we've parked them all. Gravel, grass, steep grades, gates that only open from the inside. If your venue has a parking quirk, we've probably already solved it.

◆ ON THE NIGHT

How a typical event unfolds.

Real timing from a 250-guest Hill Country wedding. Adjust for your venue — the coordination stays the same.

T − 60 MIN
Crew arrives, walks the property

Lead attendant syncs with the coordinator. Signage placed, shuttle timing confirmed, getaway car staged in its final position. Gravel lot prepped if needed.

T − 30 MIN
Guest arrivals begin

Early guests directed to ceremony seating. Cars moved quickly out of the arrival lane so the next car pulls up seamlessly. Umbrellas ready if weather calls for it.

CEREMONY
Quiet presence, zero interruptions

Staff holds position out of sight during the ceremony. Late arrivals handled silently. No engines, no radios, no crunching gravel.

RECEPTION
Cocktail hour through dinner

Stragglers and venue-hoppers handled smoothly. Staff rotations keep energy up for the long haul. Lead checks in with coordinator hourly.

SEND-OFF
Departure wave and getaway staging

Extra runners for the departure rush. Getaway car pulled to position on cue. Sparkler line or exit moment coordinated with planner. Last guest car returned, lot cleared.

◆ WHAT PLANNERS SAY

The teams that hire us twice.

Our bride's dad shook three attendants' hands before the ceremony even started. That's the bar, and this team clears it every weekend.

We stopped hearing the word 'parking' in one-star reviews the week they started. Table turns on Fridays are noticeably faster.
