A formal quote and service agreement will be provided before any engagement.
Quote requests
Submitting a quote request through our website does not constitute a binding agreement or contract for services. All quotes are estimates based on the information provided and are subject to change upon further discussion, site visit, or scope adjustment. A formal service agreement must be signed by both parties before services are confirmed.
Service agreements and cancellation
All valet services are governed by a separate service agreement executed between San Antonio Valet and the client. That agreement will contain specific terms regarding pricing, payment schedule, deposit requirements, cancellation policy, and scope of work. In the event of a conflict between these website terms and a signed service agreement, the service agreement governs.
Insurance and liability
San Antonio Valet maintains $2,000,000 in general liability insurance and $1,000,000 in garagekeepers liability insurance. Certificates of Insurance (COI) are provided upon request and are included as part of every event engagement. Specific coverage details, limits, and exclusions are outlined in the applicable insurance policies and service agreement. Nothing on this website constitutes a guarantee or warranty beyond what is stated in the signed service agreement and applicable insurance policy.
