Valet parking in New Braunfels.
Gruene's limestone cliffs, cypress views, and established venue cluster draw couples from across the state. We've staffed New Braunfels events since 2016 — Gruene historic district and the I-35 corridor. Seguin and Garden Ridge covered from this base.
Where river meets venue.
New Braunfels is a dual-zone operation: Gruene Historic District on the Comal River, and the I-35 corridor venue cluster that has exploded over the past decade. Gruene itself is Texas tourism — a reconstructed 1870s village built into a cliff face, with river overlooks, the iconic Gruene Hall dance venue, multiple event spaces carved into historic buildings, and enough residential-charm appeal that even non-wedding events book there for the backdrop. The I-35 corridor northeast of New Braunfels has become a secondary destination-wedding cluster with its own set of established venues, often larger in capacity and with more modern amenities than the Gruene historic spaces.
Operationally, these are two different event profiles. Gruene venues have tight parking, narrow street approaches, and often split parking between riverside lots and street-staging areas. I-35 venues tend to have dedicated event lots, but demand early arrival for lot-layout briefings and often host back-to-back-to-back events on Saturday nights. Both zones require us to understand the Comal County road network and the I-35 off-ramp logistics. We've staffed New Braunfels events since 2016. We know which Gruene lots allow overnight staging and which must be cleared by midnight. We know the I-35 venue capacities and which ones share parking with retail tenants who demand clear lot lines by evening.
We also cover Seguin and Garden Ridge from this base — expanding the operational footprint into the wider I-35 corridor. One dispatch center manages the whole zone, but venue-specific crew briefings ensure that Gruene crews know river-parking protocols and I-35 crews know retail-coordination requirements.

What we've learned parking here.
Gruene parking is split-venue. Different events use different parking zones within the historic district. We coordinate directly with venue management and mark lot sections to avoid cross-event car conflicts on busy Saturday nights.
I-35 venues are highway-adjacent. Noise and visibility considerations apply; we stage vans in designated areas and use low-profile signage. Crews understand off-ramp queue timing for guest arrivals.
River-area events need weather contingency. Comal County weather can shift quickly. We have contingency parking and covered-area protocols for events running late or dealing with unexpected rain.
