Valet parking in Castle Hills.

Castle Hills is an older, established residential city — incorporated in 1952 and defined by the NW Military Highway corridor development pattern. The neighborhoods are mature tree-lined streets with modest to mid-range residences, well-maintained driveways, and the kind of street-parking constraints that make neighborhood valet service essential. These are not sprawling estates; they're densely situated homes where guest parking overflows into side streets and requires active management. The city has a strong sense of community identity — neighborhood associations are active, and resident-to-resident relations matter.

Operationally, Castle Hills is about residential event management at scale. Private milestone parties — birthdays, anniversaries, retirement celebrations, small family weddings — happen almost every weekend. The constraint is always the driveway and street parking. Most homes fit a van plus one or two staging vehicles, but not much more. We've staffed Castle Hills events since 2014. We know which neighborhoods have aggressive time-limited parking enforcement and which allow evening override permits. We know which streets have HOA rules about cone placement or directional signage.
