Gate codes and HOA clearance. Most Stone Oak communities are gated. We coordinate with security teams 48 hours out to pre-register our vehicles, confirm staging locations, and get temporary gate access for runners.
Parkway backs up fast. Stone Oak Parkway can gridlock on Friday and Saturday evenings. We stage early, position signage before traffic peaks, and use Hardy Oak Blvd as a secondary route to avoid the worst bottlenecks.
Hollywood Park coverage. Hollywood Park is adjacent to Stone Oak's southern boundary. We staff events there with the same crew and staging protocols — no separate mobilization needed.
